The UCP selfishly paved the way for coal development in Alberta’s Eastern Slopes. As long as the UCP is in charge, our mountains and water are at risk.

We need to stop the UCP from pursuing more secret deals with coal lobbyists and foreign mining corporations.

Albertans were loud, and the UCP walked back some of its plans to mine our mountains. But those plans can be removed with the stroke of the Minister’s pen, just like they tried to do in the first place. Our mountains and water must be protected by law.
