We believe prescription contraceptives should be free for all women: hormone pills, injections, copper and hormonal IUDs, subdermal implants and Plan B.

This would save Albertans $10,000 over their lifetime, and help women take control of their health and economic future.

But the UCP thinks Albertans should pay out-of-pocket. We know Danielle Smith’s lifelong ambition is to force us to pay for our health care, but she should be able to see this is good economic policy and good health policy.
