About Rakhi

Rakhi Pancholi is the Deputy Leader of Alberta's NDP. Rakhi advocates every day for Albertans and has served Edmonton-Whitemud as MLA since 2019. As a lawyer with experience in the areas of education, labour, and employment, Rakhi works to ensure a brighter future for all.

Growing up in Southwest Edmonton, Rakhi showed dedication to her community through volunteer pursuits like the Humane Animal Rescue Team, Women’s Legal Education & Action Fund, and the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, providing legal advice to low-income clients.

Rakhi lives in Southwest Edmonton with her husband, two school-aged children and furry rescue dog.

Terwillegar Community League's Canada Day event

Help us set up the tent and table then serve freezes at TCL's Canada Day event in Tomlinson Common Park! We will have some swag to hand out as well. This shift runs from 10:30 am to 1:00 p.m. (during the first half of the event) and is such a fun way to spend Canada Day!
