Location: Edmonton, AB (Office-based)
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience

The Alberta New Democratic Party is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director, Organizing and Election Readiness to lead grassroots mobilization, electoral preparedness, and province-wide organizing efforts. As a member of the senior leadership team, this individual will play a central role in advancing the Alberta NDP’s strategic direction and ensuring the province is ready to win the next election.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven organizer and leader with extensive campaign experience, a passion for people-powered movements, and the operational know-how to turn strategic goals into on-the-ground results.
